This highly detailed 18ct Georgian dog sits atop a bloodstone seal carved with a couped boars head, meaning that it ends just behind the neck. The coupe boars head would indicate that the bearer was likely Scottish. The lovely, highly detailed spaniel spaniel stands on a bed of engraved “grass” atop the fob and hangs from a 5mm bale. Both the fob and the intaglio are in excellent condition. All around, just a terrific little piece.
