I love finding well patinated antique signets, and this one fits the bill. It is 9ct, but true yellow in colour. Shown here next to my 18ct version for reference. The edges are worn in the best possible way - it is ultra tactile and fun to wear. The surface of the ring likely had a monogram polished out, so it is a blank canvas for engraving.
For fellow hallmark nerds, this ring was made in Birmingham in 1922, and is signed by P&W jewellers.
