I love gypsy rings and this one is bright and chunky and just all around superb. The centre stone is estimated at 0.4cts and has no visible inclusions. The heavy 18ct band is in excellent condition - this is a perfect everyday ring. The ring has a gorgeous matte patina which softens the sunny yellow gold in the best way.
For hallmark nerds, this ring is fully hallmarked and was assayed in the Chester office, which closed in 1962.
All around, just a prime example of an antique gypsy ring.
