This sapphire and diamond extender was originally a bracelet centrepiece. I have added two rings to the end, so the piece can be worn as a bracelet or an extender on an Albert chain. The piece is 15ct gold topped in platinum and is set with a circular mixed cut sapphire and old Swiss cut diamonds. The stones are incredibly bright and lovely. On lover chains, this piece can be worn in the front, but I prefer it to the side as show here.
