Love a spiky bit! Scottish agate jewellery, or pebble jewellery, was wildly popular in the mid 1800s, as railways increasingly opened up the country, and people took note of Queen Victoria’s love for all things Scotland. The drop pendant is carved from banded agate, which displays wonderful striations. I love the way the look of this one changes with the light. I have added a large 9ct bale so that it works on a variety of chains.
